As Chartered Accountants we are registered to carry out Audits.  We do so efficiently and effectively, minimising any disruption to you, the client.

We use our own in house audit pack which is tailored to specialist requirements.  All our work will be carried out by skilled staff on specialist accounting packages ensuring a high quality product.  On receipt of the appropriate information we will provide you with a fixed quote for any such work.

Our staff will also deal with the extra paperwork involved in running a Limited Company such as :

• Annual Return
• Advance Corporation Tax
• Corporation Tax Return

If you  wish to set up a Limited Company we can also provide you with this service.  In addition we will advise you on available names, share allocation, and the content of the Memorandum  and Articles of Association.  If required our address may be used for the Registered Office of the Limited Company. We will ensure that the statutory books are updated and hold them in safe keeping.
